- +AGIL: we are concluding the new multicomponent intervention (+AGIL Program) to prevent or reverse the frailty of older adults in three primary care centers, which is now under evaluation.
- We concluded a study regarding the approach to the Oncologic Frail Individual through Tailored assessment and intervention (PROFIT).
- We continued working on the evaluation of services and outcomes for older adults: QCOA, a study to develop a toolbox of PROMs and PREMs to evaluate home hospitalization.
- We launched The ISMED-CLIM project (Innovative Solutions across the Mediterranean for mitigation of Climate change-related health Risks and enhancing health System resilience).
- Together with the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica industrial (UPC) we have a project consisting of a prototyping and testing a robot measuring frailty in older adults.
