The Health Services Research Group advances high-impact research in healthcare organization, strategy, and management, focusing on evaluating services and interventions based on effectiveness, quality, safety, and efficiency. In 2024, key work areas included assessing new clinical management models, driving digital transformation and information management, and developing open, collaborative innovation frameworks. The group also made progress in patient-centered research, especially in shared decision-making implementation and patient experience. Additionally, supported by ISC-III funding, it continued efforts in patient safety through reviewing and co-designing incident reporting tools.
